Job description

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Senior plays a critical role in bridging production operations with quality assurance. This position oversees core manufacturing functions-including assembly, machinery operation, processing, and packaging-while collaborating closely with all shop floors to ensure quality systems integrate seamlessly with daily production workflows.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Requiring knowledge and experience in own discipline, applies company policies and practices/procedures to resolve various issues or problems of moderate scope.
  • Exercises judgment within defined, standard practices/procedures to determine appropriate action.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
  • Document Control Coordinator and internal auditor for ISO9001, Ease and Error Proofing.
  • Create daily, weekly, monthly reports for plant communications.
  • Develop systems-1) Need technical experience in computer systems, 2) need floor experience to ensure systems meet manufacturing needs.
  • Work with Quality Gates to ensure the work instructions are developed and maintained.
  • Works under limited supervision, typically receiving general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments, and a moderate level of guidance and direction.
  • Any other projects that are assigned by the Business Team Lead.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of manufacturing/production experience

OR
  • Master's degree and no experience

OR
  • At least 3 years of manufacturing/production experience

Additional Requirements
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Desired Skills
  • Able to self-manage and work with colleagues within the plant, suppliers and customers.
  • Proficient with Office 365 tools, with emphasis on Excel and Power Point and willing to learn International developed programs and systems.
  • Understand basic manufacturing: parts and supplies are received in and product is shipped out and willing to learn new skills and grow with the company.
