Job description

Position Summary
To provide courier service for transporting laboratory specimens between FirstHealth entities and clinics.
*Please note that this is not a Full-Time position.
Responsibilities
Performs lab specimen pick-ups and deliveries in a timely manner following designated routes. Effectively communicates problems or delays in expected arrival times. Manages and maintains specimen integrity throughout the transport process.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Current valid NC or SC drivers licensse with a good driving history. Working knowledge of laboratory safety, specimen handling and infection control standards preferred.
