About Us

We are a growing field service company that takes pride in doing things the right way—every time. We service and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems to help keep businesses safe and compliant.
Our team is built on accountability, work ethic, and respect. We show up, do the job right, and take care of each other. This is a place where people come to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.
If you’re looking for a team that expects a lot—but also invests in its people—you’ll fit in here.
What You’ll Do

  • Clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans)
  • Work in commercial kitchens and on rooftops
  • Set up and operate specialized equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
  • Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
  • Take ownership of your work and represent the company the right way
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in what they do.
  • No experience required — we will train the right person
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance (this is critical)
  • Comfortable with physical labor and working at heights
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
  • Takes direction well and works well on a team
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
This is not a job for someone looking to do the bare minimum. We are building a team of people who show up, work hard, and take pride in doing things right.
Our Culture

Our culture is what separates us.
  • We hold each other accountable
  • We communicate and support each other
  • We take pride in our work
  • We promote from within
  • We reward effort, attitude, and reliability
If you are someone who wants to grow, learn, and be part of a strong team, you will do well here.
If you are someone who cuts corners, shows up late, or avoids responsibility, this will not be a good fit.
Work Environment

  • Hands-on, physical work
  • Indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Overnight shifts (most work is completed after business hours)
  • Team-based work environment
  • Fast-paced and detail-oriented
What We Offer

  • Paid training
  • Consistent, full-time work
  • Opportunities for advancement (Technician → Lead → Supervisor)
  • A strong team culture that values hard work and accountability
  • A company that invests in its people
Why This Role Matters

Our work plays a critical role in fire prevention and safety. What you do on the job directly impacts the safety of businesses, employees, and customers.
This is work you can take pride in.
