Our approach is simple: be supportive, be reliable, communicate clearly, and put the child's needs at the center of everything. If you're the type of clinician who takes pride in doing things the right way and brings a calm, steady presence to your team, you'll feel right at home here!
We provide child-led, individualized ABA services in homes and community settings, with flexibility built into the role so you can work in a way that fits your life while still giving families the consistency they deserve.

  • Review data and adjust programming as needed
  • Document session notes, reports, and supervision in CentralReach
  • Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs
  • Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
  • Ensure services meet ethical and payer standards
  • Maintain 25 direct billable hours per week (for full-time employment)

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
  • Reliable transportation for in-home/community sessions
Preferred:
  • In-home ABA experience
  • Familiarity with naturalistic/NDBI approaches
  • Bilingual abilities
  • CentralReach experience
What We Offer
  • Flexible Scheduling & Caseload Autonomy
  • Build a caseload that fits your preferred workload
