Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a growing practice offering a 100% Interventional Radiology focus. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a procedural practice with a predictable weekday schedule and no diagnostic reading responsibilities.

Position Highlights
  • 100% Interventional Radiology position
  • No diagnostic reads required
  • Monday"Friday schedule
  • In-house coverage from 8:00 AM " 4:00 PM
  • Bread-and-butter IR procedures with a diverse case mix
  • Typical cases include:
    • Image-guided biopsies
    • Drain placements
    • Paracentesis
    • Thoracentesis
    • Peripheral angiography
    • Venous access procedures
    • Embolization procedures
  • No neuro-interventional or complex oncology IR required (available if desired)
Compensation
  • Base salary of $600,000+
  • Choice of W2 or 1099 employment structure
Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology and/or Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology (ABR or equivalent)
  • Eligible for or currently licensed in California
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
