About the roleEvaluates legal liability and aggressively pursues, negotiates, and resolves subrogation claims. Secures additional information/investigation from the referring office when needed. Communicates with insured, witnesses, attorneys, and underwriters to obtain/provide the necessary information.How does this role make an impact?- Communicates/negotiates with other carriers to recover the maximum recovery per claim file. Communicate with customers and financial representatives on an as needed basis.- Evaluates claim file content to decide/determine best course of action on recovery.- Coordinates activities with CCO, field adjusters, attorneys, experts to achieve best results.Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of claims handling or customer service experience in the insurance industry.

  • OR Master's degree and no experience.

  • OR At least 4 years of claims handling or customer service experience in the insurance industry.

Base Pay Range:
