Job description

We are looking for a Routing Operator to join our team!

  • Performs all assigned machine shop operations.
  • Detects and reports defective materials to management.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows safety procedures.
  • Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
  • Programs routing table by job, nesting product to maximize space and quantity.
  • Verifies route files.
  • Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by communications actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Pull materials needed for 1st/2nd shifts to keep Routing tables running at maximum capacity.

No experience necessary. Willing to train motivated candidates.

Must have reliable transportation.
