Full-time, stable job working in people's homes.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you solve real problems and run your own route.

We're looking for someone who:

  • is reliable and shows up ready to work
  • is comfortable getting dirty, working in crawlspaces and around insects and rodents
  • is comfortable working with customers
  • is willing to learn and take ownership over time
What the job looks like

You'll run a daily route and visit homes across King County.

At each stop, you will:

  • inspect the home and identify what's causing the pest issue
  • apply treatment safely and correctly
  • explain what's going on to the customer in simple terms
  • document your work and move to the next stop
What the work involves

This is active, physical work. You'll be:

  • working outdoors in all weather
  • using ladders
  • entering crawlspaces and tight areas
  • working around insects and rodents
Working with customers

You'll be inside people's homes, often when they're dealing with a frustrating problem.

You don't need to be perfect, but you do need to:

  • stay calm
  • communicate clearly
  • treat people with respect

No pest control experience required. We provide training and support to help you obtain your Washington State license.
