Job Summary:
Staffmark is a part of RGF Staffing, one of the largest staffing firms in the world, and they are seeking a Full Stack Developer for their Information Technology team. The primary purpose of this position is to design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications in support of company platforms and third-party integrations, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications across front-end and back-end layers in support of company platforms and third-party integrations.
• Build and maintain responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js in alignment with UX specifications and design standards.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and back-end services using C#, ASP.NET Core, or Node.js.
• Integrate third-party services, vendor APIs, and SaaS platforms in support of business workflows and application requirements.
• Participate as a team member in projects, contributing across planning, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of existing web platforms and environments to identify opportunities for improvement using new technologies and methodologies.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming and software design patterns
• 3 years of professional full stack development experience in a production web environment
• 3 years of experience with front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.js; proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• 3 years of experience with back-end development using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC (6+), or Node.js
• 2 years of experience with MS SQL Server 2019+, database structure, queries, and stored procedures
• 2 years of experience with RESTful API design, security best practices, and third-party integrations
• Experience with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git CLI
• Experience with complex JSON objects and API payload structures
• 1 year of experience with Windows Server (2019+) and IIS (websites, application pools)
• Knowledge of current API security best practices (API gateways, encryption, authentication/access control, logging & monitoring)
