Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of family-focused care.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking to start or continue their career in a dedicated and compassionate environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the best quality care for the residents at our community.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour

The typical schedule for this opportunity is Two (2) 12-hour shifts a week. The standard schedule for this position includes a every her weekend work 24 hours aSpecific schedules available will be discussed during interview.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
