365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) and is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in Mobile, AL. We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, secure terminal parking in Mobile, and dependable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles and comprehensive benefits to support their work on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
  • Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
