Position Overview

As a Love Encore Delivery Specialist, you will be one of the dealership’s technology ambassadors and customer experience experts. You’ll provide personalized, one-on-one follow-up appointments for new Subaru owners, ensuring they fully understand and enjoy the advanced features and safety technologies in their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct Love Encore Delivery appointments with recent Subaru buyers (14–60 days post-purchase)

  • Demonstrate and explain Subaru technologies, including EyeSight®, STARLINK®, navigation, Bluetooth, and safety features

  • Personalize tutorials based on each customer’s needs and questions

  • Assist customers with smartphone integration, app setup, and vehicle customization

  • Provide ongoing support and serve as a technology resource for customers and dealership staff

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and complete Subaru certification as required

  • Track completed appointments and ensure timely follow-up

  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a seamless ownership experience

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for customer service and technology

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to learn and explain vehicle features and digital tools

  • Previous automotive, tech support, or customer service experience preferred
