We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position provides clerical and administrative support to help ensure accurate documentation, organized records, and timely reporting.

Job Duties

  • Perform data entry transactions in the company's accounting and operational systems.
  • Complete accurate and timely data entry into company systems.
  • Organize, scan, and electronically file proof of delivery (POD) documents and other operational records.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical files.
  • Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and payroll-related reports.
  • Review documents and reports for accuracy, completeness, and missing information.
  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks to support the department.
  • Communicate with internal team members to gather missing information and resolve documentation issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, customer, and financial information.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
