NO EXPERIENCE is required for this position, as on-the-job training is provided. However, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good communication skills are important qualities for a successful crew member. Additionally, physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
We are a customer-oriented business that focuses on providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for customers. To be successful in this role, a candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
The primary duties of a crew member may include:
  • Taking customer orders: Crew members are responsible for taking customer orders and ensuring that they are accurately entered into the restaurant's point-of-sale system. They may also be responsible for handling cash transactions and making change.
