Overview

Our Engineering Rotational Program is designed to develop future technical leaders by providing hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines. Over two years, participants will complete four rotations in different functional areas, gaining exposure to diverse projects, technologies, and teams.

Wabtec, a leading supplier of technology-based products and services for the rail and transit industries, is seeking a new college engineering graduate to join our team focused on development of innovative Positive Train Control (PTC) products enhancing train operation and safety.

Program Highlights

  • Rotational Structure: 4 rotations, each lasting 6 months.

  • Mentorship: Paired with experienced engineers.

  • Career Path: Upon successful completion, participants are placed in a full-time engineering role aligned with their interests and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 (based upon 4.0 scale)

  • Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.

  • Preference will be given to people that have prior intern, co-op experience.
