THE JOB:
The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for generating new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes.
THE STARTING RATE: $31.75 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements
  • Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identifying new, less obvious solutions
  • Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management, and coordinate tasks for deployments
  • Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for project implementation
  • Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery
  • Develop software automation scripts, and documentation for deployments
  • Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation
  • Work on hardware and software issues on company and non-company supported devices

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Have 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in Information Technology in a similar role
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Has an Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Preferred
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting - Preferred
  • Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues - Preferred
  • Knowledge of system and integration level testing - Preferred
  • Strong quality assurance background - Preferred
  • Basic fluency in command line scripting or higher - A+ Certified - Preferred
  • MCP or higher - Preferred
