Job description

RGNext employees execute and report on theater and strategic offensive and defensive ballistic missile testing and support space situational awareness operations and experiments, using a wide array of highly sophisticated radar, telemetry and optical sensors to meet the needs of our nation in defending the United States and its interests.

This overseas position is located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. It is an unaccompanied position (no family accommodations or pets). Benefits of this unique location include free housing, three meals a day and potential for overseas tax incentives.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with the coordination of the movement of all mission-related cargo and equipment to ensure items arrive at their prescribed destinations on time.
  • Monitor and track all mission cargo through the appropriate channels.
  • Interact with various departments and organizations to ensure the infrastructure for missions and new programs is in place.
  • Efficiently track safety actions of associated agencies during outside activities with mission cargo.
  • Assist with the review of Range User requirements utilizing Universal Documentation System (UDS).
  • Assist in the preparation of pre-mission briefings.
  • Participate in activities which facilitate the cross-training of functions in different departments within the organization.
  • Generate work requests through Project Controls in support of all reimbursable programs and missions.
  • Work with Project Controls and Finance to establish project code and account numbers for reimbursable costs.
  • Accurately maintain maintenance records for all equipment and vehicles.
  • Maintain accountability and preventative maintenance on RTR mission bicycles.
  • Arrange bicycle and/or motor transportation for TDY personnel.
  • Submit the appropriate paperwork to Housing to secure billeting and meal cards for TDY personnel.
  • Make the appropriate arrangements to ensure TDY personnel are met and are escorted through the arrival process.
  • Prepare administrative reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, project management, or related field; or experience in lieu of education.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience working in a customer service or logistics management environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well with all levels in or outside of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Work effectively and react quickly in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb up to 8ft in height.
  • Ability to travel out to outer islands via boat or helicopter.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
  • Must be physically present and able to travel to work locations on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to relocate to the United States Army Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. driver’s license.
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
