You provide support through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). No prior experience is required, as employers typically provide on-the-job training and certification assistance. This role involves implementing behavior plans, reinforcing positive behaviors, and helping clients develop essential life skills. It's a great opportunity for those interested in psychology, education, or healthcare.

Strong communication, patience, and adaptability help you effectively support clients with diverse behavioral needs. These skills ensure you can deliver compassionate care, accurately implement therapeutic plans, and contribute positively to the progress of clients in clinical or educational settings.
