Job description

Corina Bakery is seeking a friendly, experienced barista and customer service representative to join our team.
Position Overview:
  • Within a high energy environment, you'll be equipped to prepare specialty coffee and quick serve food items.
  • Our baristas are enthusiastic about coffee and maintain a high standard of education and execution.
  • You should make the customer feel welcome and important at all times.
  • Baristas and customer service representatives are responsible for normal shift side work such as expo and point of sale operations.
  • Hourly wage does not included tips.

Barista Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Discuss the drink menu with customers and answer questions.
  • Preparation of drinks according to in-house recipes.
  • Track inventory and assist in placing orders.
  • Clean and maintain all equipment, and access repair needs.
  • Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Expand knowledge and participate in staff education opportunities.
  • Need to have open availability, including weekends; Non-Negotiable!
