Job description

Title: Customer Support & Logistics Assistant
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Full-Time)
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Stability Bonus: $500 bonus at your 6-month mark.
Are YOU the "Fixer" people count on?
Are you tired of retail or restaurant hours? Get a stable, Monday-Friday schedule and join a local team where you actually matter. We are looking for a reliable Customer Support & Logistics Assistant who takes pride in helping customers and keeping our daily calendar on track.
The Mission: 80% People, 20% Logistics
In this role, your primary mission is to be the voice of our company. You aren't just answering phones; you are owning the customer experience.
  • 80% Customer Support: You handle incoming calls, resolve issues with empathy, and make sure every client feels heard and helped. You don't just take messages-you find solutions.
  • 20% Logistics & Scheduling: You assist with "Schedule Tetris." When things change last minute, you help update our daily routes to ensure no customer is left behind.

What the Job Looks Like:
  • 7:00 AM Team Launch: You are the first one in. You help get our cleaning teams ready, equipped, and out the door by 7:30 AM.
  • Issue Ownership: You take 100% responsibility for incoming requests. Whether it's a booking question or a service concern, you own the outcome.
  • Data Accuracy: You enter all notes and schedule updates into our CRM with 100% precision.

What We Need From You:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in a fast-paced environment (Retail/Restaurant Lead, Medical Front Desk, or Office Support).
  • Reliability: You are an early bird who is never late. Our teams and customers depend on you to start the day.
  • The "Rock" Mentality: You stay calm when phones are ringing and can handle multiple tasks without getting stressed.
  • Requirements: Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

Why Join Us?
  • Stable Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. No weekends. No nights.
  • Work-Life Balance: When you leave at 4:00 PM, you're done. No "on-call" shifts or late-night stress.
  • Growth: We want you to grow with us! We provide clear training and pay increases as you master the role.
  • Supportive Team: You'll work in a small, friendly office where we value your work.

IMMEDIATE HIRE: INTERVIEWING NOW!
We are looking for our next "Fixer" to join the team and be ready for a Monday, February 16th start date. We move fast for the right person. If you are a reliable professional who takes pride in great customer service and is ready for a stable career change, hit Apply Now to be considered for an immediate virtual interview!
