Job description

Position Overview
The Contact Assistant is responsible for validating phone numbers and accurately recording results. This is a structured, dialer-based position with no customer interaction?you will not engage in live conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Place outbound calls using phone numbers provided through internal systems (e.g., LexisNexis)

Determine whether phone numbers are valid, invalid, or unknown

Leave a standard voicemail message when required

Accurately document all call outcomes in the system

Meet productivity and accuracy expectations

Schedule & Hours

Part-time: 24 hours per week

Work schedules are assigned based on business needs within the following timeframes:

Weekdays: 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM (EST) or 12:00 PM ? 8:00 PM (EST)

One required weekday evening shift: 4:00 PM ? 8:00 PM (EST)

Mandatory Saturday shift: 9:00 AM ? 1:00 PM (EST)

Final schedule is determined after training.

Requirements:

This is a remote position

Must provide your own computer or laptop with:

Working camera and microphone

Headset

Reliable internet connection

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance

Ability to adhere to company policies and Employee Handbook

Work Expectations:

Structured, performance-based environment

Personal cellphone use is limited to scheduled breaks (two 15-minute breaks and a meal period)

? If Remote: We require that you have your own computer/laptop with a working camera and mic, headset.  Suggested: an additional monitor for multitasking purposes
? First 3 days of training will be 9:00am- 5:00pm EST ?Monday to Wednesday. Afterwards, shadowing will be scheduled for another 9-5 day. Then the rep?s schedule
is determined based on company needs and provided availability.
? Punctuality is required.
? Cellphone usage is reserved for the two fifteen- minute breaks and lunch hour.
? Must adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the RTR Employee Handbook.
