Job Summary
We're hiring a Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize the company's internal systems architecture.
This is a hands-on builder role-not a coordinator or task executor. You'll be responsible for connecting tools, automating workflows, and building scalable infrastructure that enables the business to grow efficiently.
If you're someone who enjoys eliminating manual work, thinking in systems, and building clean, reliable automations from scratch-this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain advanced Google Sheets systems for tracking, reporting, and automation
  • Build and manage multi-step automations using Zapier and/or Make
  • Implement and troubleshoot API integrations, webhooks, and tool connections
  • Structure and optimize Notion as an internal knowledge base and workflow hub
  • Create and refine AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Claude
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively build automation solutions
  • Document systems and processes to ensure scalability, clarity, and long-term usability

Requirements
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, automation logic, structured data systems)
  • Proven experience building workflows in Zapier and/or Make (Integromat)
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
