A No Certification Phlebotomist is an individual who performs blood draws and related tasks but has not obtained a formal certification from a recognized phlebotomy organization. While some states and employers require certification, others allow phlebotomists to work after completing on-the-job training or a non-certified training program. The requirements can vary significantly based on location and employer policies. It's important to check local regulations and consider obtaining certification to improve job prospects and ensure best practices.
