Job description

Job Title: Senior NMS Oracle End User Trainer
Location: Reno Nevada 89511
Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: $80 - $100/hr on w2
Remote with occasional travel required.
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
JOB DESCRIPTION-
Company is seeking a Senior NMS Oracle End User Trainer to support Oracle NMS deployments through March 2027. This part-time contract role (20-30 hours/week) focuses on end-user readiness, training delivery, and adoption support.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate training materials and documentation.
Develop training workflows and user support resources.
Participate in train-the-trainer sessions.
Deliver live end-user training sessions.
Coach and support super users and end users.
Support change management and business transformation initiatives.
Obtain NERC CIP certification as required.
Travel as needed (reimbursable expenses only).
Qualifications:
Senior-level end-user training experience.
Knowledge of Oracle NMS solutions.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in creating workflows and training content.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment.
Self-starter with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
