Job description

  • You will supervise daytoday operations at a Linde hydrogen and nitrogen site, including Steam Methane Reformers, to ensure safe and reliable performance
  • You shall train facility technicians, implement safety programs, and meet cost commitments while maintaining compliance with quality systems and governmental regulations
  • In this role you will monitor unit operations, compressors, and supporting equipment to supply products safely and prevent unscheduled shutdowns
  • Troubleshoot plant processes & equipment problems and implementing solutions
  • Take responsibility for writing and reviewing standard operating procedures and standard maintenance procedures to strengthen operational consistency and reliability
  • Additionally, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure proper use of the maintenance management system, and drive optimization initiatives for safety, efficiency, and reliability
  • Maintain QA program, facilitate customer and corporate audits
  • Develop and maintain relationship/communication with the customer
  • Furthermore, communicate effectively with technicians, maintenance teams, the facility manager, and business partners while scheduling technician work hours and evaluating direct reports
