Territory Manager - Med Product (Remote)
Syracuse, NY | $70,000 + A Year | Full Time
We are currently looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, motivated and responsible individuals to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, carry-out, evaluate and accomplish various tasks relative to the handling of our client's medical kiosk host sites. A successful territory manager requests, receives, examines, identifies, segregates, stores, delivers, and properly supports the hyper care of the onsite care of our client.

Role Overview
This is a field-based territory role responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting medical kiosk host sites across a defined geographic region. The Field Territory Manager serves as the primary point of contact for healthcare, pharmacy, law enforcement, and public-sector partners participating in regulated product stewardship programs.
The role requires frequent in-person site visits, consistent relationship management, and adherence to federal, state, and local compliance standards. Success in this position depends on comfort working independently in the field, managing a high-activity schedule, and operating in regulated healthcare environments.

Salary is $70,000/annually - One-time bonus of $2000 paid out at the end of employment.

Work Schedule & Travel Expectations
  • Hybrid-based role with an expectation of 2-4 days per week in the field and 1-3 remote workdays

  • Overnight travel is required, potentially up to 3-4 nights per week for extended periods

  • Typical day includes 10-15 site visits, depending on routing and visit length

  • Routing and site schedules are preplanned and mapped in advance, with flexibility required for field condition

  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility as needed

  • There will be overnight travel required with per diem reimbursement and a company credit card to cover any field expenses.

Responsibilities
Outreach & Relationship Management
  • Conduct outreach, recruitment, and ongoing relationship management with kiosk host sites through cold calling, site visits, and follow-up engagement

  • Evaluate and convert interested sites into active, compliant kiosk hosts

  • Build and maintain relationships with host site managers, including representatives from pharmacies, medical offices, clinics, hospitals, and law enforcement

Program Operations & Compliance
  • Coordinate kiosk installations with vendors and host sites

  • Ensure all activities align with DEA, state, and local regulations governing kiosk, take-back, and mail-back programs

  • Perform functional inspections, audits, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of kiosk locations

Field Execution & Reporting
  • Manage take-back events and oversee on-site personnel as needed

  • Distribute and support mail-back materials, marketing collateral, and informational signage

  • Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time

  • Capture, track, and report program data to support internal and client reporting requirements

  • Provide regular progress updates to ensure project goals and timelines are met

Qualifications
    • Outgoing and comfortable engaging with individuals and groups in professional settings
    • Ability to work independently in a high-travel, field-based role
    • Strong judgment and attention to detail, particularly in compliance-driven environments

    • Proven ability to engage stakeholders, build trust, and close participation commitments

    • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively

    • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines, including use of provided PPE

    • Hepatitis B vaccination required
