Job Overview:
The Facilitator of Athletics and Fine Arts provides leadership and direction for all athletic and
fine arts programs, ensuring they align with the CHS's mission and comply with governing
regulations. This role involves supervising coaches, fine arts directors, managing budgets,
promoting student-athlete/fine arts success, and fostering a positive and competitive environment.

Job Functions:
• Oversee daily operations of all athletic programs and events
• Facilitate the NIL Collective Education Curriculum
• Assist in hiring, supervising, and evaluating coaches and fine arts staff
• Assist in developing and managing the athletics budget, including equipment and
facilities
• Ensure compliance with league, conference, and governing body regulations
• Promote academic achievement and well-being of student-athletes
• Coordinate schedules, transportation, and logistics for teams in Facilitron
• Coordinate fundraisers and build relationships with donors, sponsors, and the community
• Maintain and improve athletic facilities
• Handle public relations, media communication, and program promotion
• Enforce policies related to sportsmanship, safety, and eligibility
• Facilitate the operation of CHS's Hall of Fame and Carver Smith events
