Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a North America Soccer Sr. Partner Representative to join our team! We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand in the marketplace! We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies; stay current on product and product changes; and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Sr. Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information. The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations. We also empower you to be a thought partner to the Director, NA Partners Soccer.com and lead cross functional projects that drive the business forward on behalf of the team and channel.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will be part of the larger North America Partners Performance team and reporting into the Director of Soccer.com.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the soccer industry in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position
  • Proven Leadership Ability
  • Passionate about soccer, preferably an enthusiast and a participant
  • Ability to integrate and communicate moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter.
  • Acts as a resource to teammates. Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues
  • Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions.
  • Evaluates and selects the right course of action. Uses a variety of skills including but not limited to: sophisticated research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations
  • Strong working knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace
  • Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends
  • Strong understanding of Team Sales across both the Club/Grassroots and Institutional channels
  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
  • Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lift and carry samples and bags weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
