The Opportunity


We’re looking for a savvy, strategic, and experienced Event Producer to join our dynamic, collaborative team in Old Town Alexandria.

This is a senior-level, hands-on role for a professional who has mastered end-to-end event production — leading 5–7 high-budget projects ($350K+) at once with confidence, creativity, and precision.

You’ll be the lead point of contact for clients and vendors, guiding every element from concept to execution and ensuring events are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.



What You’ll Do


✅ Lead full-cycle planning and production of sophisticated, multi-faceted events

✅ Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure profitability and excellence

✅ Serve as primary client liaison, providing strategy, structure, and outstanding communication

✅ Oversee creative development, technical production, and on-site execution

✅ Measure success through budget accuracy, margin achievement, and client satisfaction



What We’re Looking For


  • 6+ years of experience producing large-scale, complex events (agency or corporate background highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage $350K+ budgets and deliver sophisticated product while achieving strong agency profit margins
  • Expert in project management tools (Asana, MS Office, Google Workspace, Social Tables)
  • Strong creative instincts balanced with financial discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm, proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • 100% in-person role (non-negotiable) — must work from our Alexandria office
