Responsibilities: The Procurement Analyst shall provide comprehensive procurement and administrative support services to NIH, including: * Support acquisition planning, market research, and strategy development * Prepare and review pre-award documentation and solicitations * Perform cost/price analysis and support evaluations * Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeout * Analyze procurement data and generate reports * Ensure compliance and support process improvements Requirements: * US Citizen * Ability to pass a pre-employment background check * The Procurement Analyst shall possess a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
