Daily duties include providing excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk orderly, reconciles all accounts, and processes invoices.


Requested Tasks

  • Balancing the accounts from day shift
  • Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
  • Balance and audit accounts for accuracy
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Handle requests and complaints and directing them to other team members or departments accordingly
  • Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries
