Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 6:00 PM-4:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Office Administrator for a growing company in Oakdale, CA.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who is specifically interested in working an overnight schedule and is looking for a long-term opportunity. Previous experience working overnight or night shifts is strongly preferred.
This position plays an important role in ensuring daily paperwork, cash reconciliation, invoicing, and driver documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Bag Check-In & Cash Reconciliation
  • Check in driver bags as drivers return from their routes
  • Verify that all invoices and required signatures are accounted for
  • Reconcile cash, checks, and other payments
  • Accurately handle and account for large sums of cash
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Order Invoicing & Driver Paperwork
  • Invoice customer orders
  • Prepare delivery paperwork and driver packets
  • Verify documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure paperwork is ready for drivers beginning their routes between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM

Additional Duties
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers and sales representatives
  • Process will-call orders and customer pickups
  • Perform data entry and general administrative duties
  • Provide additional office support as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous cash-handling experience required
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to learn new computer systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working a consistent overnight schedule

Schedule
Sunday through Thursday
6:00 PM-4:00 AM
Candidates must also be flexible to work up to 12-hour shifts when additional coverage is needed.
Pay
