Do you enjoy technology and helping people create the perfect home? We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Smart Home Sales Consultant to work with new home buyers, helping them customize their homes with premium audio/video, security, motorized shades, and smart home solutions.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll educate customers, recommend technology packages that fit their lifestyle, and guide them through the selection process. If you have a passion for technology, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a sales environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Meet one-on-one with new home buyers to present smart home technology options.
  • Recommend and sell audio/video, home automation, security, networking, and motorized shade solutions.
  • Create customized technology packages based on customer needs and budget.
  • Prepare quotes and document customer selections.
  • Collaborate with builders and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
