Job Summary:

At Shelby Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Night Shift Nurse to join our team in Sidney, Ohio. As a Night Shift Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents in a nursing home setting, promoting and restoring their health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient/resident conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician
• Document all care and observations accurately and timely in accordance with regulations
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other clinical procedures
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure care standards are upheld
