Job description

We are hiring a self-motivated, hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our company. You MUST be a team player. You must also be comfortable working with extension poles and ladders. Technicians need to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Our ideal candidate arrives at work on time, is willing to learn or is already familiar with window cleaning techniques, and performs high quality work that meets our customer's standards of excellence. Window cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Window Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean windows on both mid-rise and low-rise buildings using extension poles; we will train and certify technicians
  • Clean interior and exterior glass, window frames and screens
  • Occasionally work on ladders 24 to 40 feet
  • Perform rope access window cleaning, or be willing to learn rope access window cleaning; we will train and certify technicians
  • Occasionally operate a scissor- or boom lift; we will train and certify lift operators
Window Cleaner Requirements and Qualifications

  • Cleaning experience a plus
  • Comfortable using extension poles or working at height
  • Physical stamina
  • Team-focused worker; positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work; technicians drive company trucks to job sites
  • Speaks English or Spanish

  • Limpiar vidrio interior y exterior, marcos y mallas de ventanas.
  • Trabajar ocasionalmente en escaleras de 24 a 40 pies.
  • Realizar limpieza de ventanas con acceso por cuerdas, o estar dispuesto a aprender; capacitamos y certificamos a los técnicos.
  • Operar ocasionalmente plataformas elevadoras tipo tijera o brazo articulado; capacitamos y certificamos a los operadores.
Requisitos y Calificaciones
  • Experiencia en limpieza es una ventaja.
  • Sentirse cómodo usando pértigas de extensión o trabajando en alturas.
  • Buena condición física y resistencia.
  • Enfocado en el trabajo en equipo; sin dramas ni malas actitudes.
