Location - 1155 East Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa FL
Pay Range - $17.50 per hour


Hampton Inn/Home2 Suites by Hilton in Tampa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Night Auditor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during nighttime hours, providing exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the accuracy of financial records.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Part Time Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the security of the hotel during nighttime hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Financial Reporting: Accurately balance daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive nightly audit reports.
  • Guest Services: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and address any inquiries or requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  • Security Oversight: Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
  • Accounting Duties: Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highschool or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Yardi experience is helpful but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This position may occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds.
