Build the Tools That Shape the Automotive Industry
Join the ArtiFlex Manufacturing team - where your craftsmanship directly supports the production of high-quality tooling and dies for leading automotive customers. We’re looking for an experienced Tool amp; Die Maker on Night Shift to join us and play a critical role in building new tooling.
What ArtiFlex Diemakers do:
  • Assemble and Tryout medium to large transfer dies for new tooling programs.
  • Ensure tooling meets dimensional and functional requirements.
  • Implement Engineering changes and ensure accurate updates to dies throughout the process.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD data, and job orders to plan builds and modifications.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and refine dies for optimal performance.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Program Management to meet deadlines and quality standards.
What a skilled Diemaker should bring:
  • Tool amp; Die Journeyman card preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience building and troubleshooting metal stamping dies.
  • Strong understanding of die construction, fit, finish, and surface quality—especially for Class A panels.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and precision measurement.
  • Excellent mechanical problem-solving and attention to detail.
Shift: This role is supporting our Night Shift operations. Typical work hours are from 4 PM - 2:30 AM.
