Overview

A well-established national teleradiology practice is expanding its team. We are seeking board-certified general radiologists for remote diagnostic opportunities.

The primary focus is securing committed, full-time radiologists. However, the CEO will gladly consider flexible, part-time or per-click (pay-per-study) readers who are open to a part-time to full-time transition path.

This role centers on routine, daytime outpatient general diagnostic imaging. It offers an excellent lifestyle balance with high-volume stability, zero hospital politics, and zero burnout-inducing night or weekend shifts.

  • Volume Structure (Per Day): Expect an average daily volume of:
  • 15–20 CT scans (body, chest, general)
  • 10–15 Plain films / X-rays
  • Occasional Ultrasound and MRI reads (for qualified/interested candidates)
  • Low-Stress Outpatient Workflow: Purely outpatient multi-specialty practice imaging. No high-pressure hospital or urgent care emergency cases.
  • Minimal Emergency Reads: Capped at a maximum of 5 stat reads per day.
  • Advanced Infrastructure: Secure, cloud-based PACS with fast image rendering, an intuitive reporting interface, and 24/7 dedicated IT and administrative support staff.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR/AOBR).
  • Licensure: Hold an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong proficiency in interpreting CT, US, and PF. MRI proficiency is a significant plus.
  • Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a diagnostic-grade home workstation.
  • Professional Goals: Seeking a long-term full-time career, or looking to scale a part-time/per-click schedule into a full-time role.

What the Practice Offers

  • Competitive Compensation: Top-tier full-time salary or highly lucrative per-click rates.
  • Burnout Protection: No evening coverage, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.
  • Growth & Support: Full operational, credentialing, and state licensing support to maximize your reading potential.
  • Collaborative Environment: Access to a supportive, nationwide network of board-certified radiologists for peer consults.
