URGENT HIRING LOCAL CDL-A INTERMODAL DRIVER (NIGHT SHIFT) | CHICAGO
HOME DAILY | NO TOUCH FREIGHT

This is a true local, night-shift intermodal position with consistent freight and daily home time.

Pay Package:

  • $0.62 CPM

  • $20 per load

  • Night & Weekend Differential Pay:

    • Additional $0.06 CPM MondayFriday from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

    • Additional $0.12 CPM weekend differential from Friday at 7:00 PM through Monday at 4:00 AM

Schedule:

  • Night shift only

  • SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday

Job Details:

  • Home daily

  • Local Chicago intermodal lanes

  • No touch freight

Requirements (Please Review Carefully):

  • Minimum 6 months of recent CDL-A tractor-trailer experience

  • No more than 3 driving jobs in the last 12 months

  • No more than 90 days of unemployment

  • Any accident, regardless of fault, requires a crash report - if within the last 5 years

This is an immediate-need night position and spots are limited.

MINIMUM ONE YEAR OR CDL-A TRACTOR TRAILER EXPERIENCE - MUST BE VERIFIABLE

No more than 2 MV's in the last 2 years. No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months.

No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

No DUI/DWI within the past 10 years if the offense occurred while they held a CDL-A or Commercial Learners Permit. No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years if the offense occurred prior to getting a CDL-A
