Job description

Job Title: Production Associate (Manufacturing)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to support manufacturing operations by producing, inspecting, and packaging products according to established specifications and work instructions. This role contributes to overall productivity, quality, and efficiency through adherence to processes and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove excess material (runners) from molded parts
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure product meets specifications
  • Accurately report production counts, including good parts and rejects
  • Complete required documentation (build records, reject slips, work orders)
  • Perform finishing operations such as drilling, trimming, or gluing
  • Package finished products, ensuring accurate counts and proper labeling
  • Read and follow job instructions, work orders, and process documentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including end-of-shift cleanup
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
  • Work in a cleanroom environment as required
  • Handle adhesives and/or chemicals safely
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic math and counting proficiency
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
