Job description

Job Summary

  • Set up, manufacture, and prepare medical device products for shipment according to Nissha Medical Technologies specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment.
  • Assemble medical device sub-assemblies and finished products following work instructions.
  • Perform material and job changeovers.
  • Conduct required testing and inspections.
  • Cross-train and support other manufacturing areas, including the Clean Room.
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete production orders efficiently.
  • Maintain quality documentation and production records.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate raw material and component inventories.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), gowning, housekeeping, and documentation procedures.
  • Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable working in a clean room setting.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to assemble small components with attention to detail.
  • Basic reading, math, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and follow production orders, work instructions, and operating procedures.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
