Job Description:
As a Restoration Technician, your job is to clean, dry, and remediate buildings damaged by fire, water, smoke, and mold under the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) standards. Our primary coverage area is Central Maryland and the Baltimore Metro areas. We routinely serve in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, Frederick, Montgomery, and Anne Arundel counties.
Ideal candidates have a positive attitude and are eager to think and learn quickly. One (1) year of experience in water extraction, mold, fire restoration, light demolition, and general clean-up is preferred but not required. The candidate must have no issues with consistent standing, moving, and lifting. This is a full-time position with rotational on-call. We are an emergency response company and the candidate should expect overtime, after-hours, and weekend shifts to be required on an "as-needed" and rotating basis.
Additional Information:
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license to drive company vehicles.
  • Over time, referral, commission, employee performance, and other bonus opportunities are available.
  • Paid training opportunities, quarterly company events, given a company phone, and paid IICRC Water Restoration Technician training (after 6 months of employment).
