Machine Operator – Packaging
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Packaging/Operations
Shift: Varies

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up and operate packaging equipment and support daily production operations. Training is provided for qualified entry-level candidates.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate packaging equipment, including pill counters, cappers, sealers, and labelers.
  • Monitor machines to ensure products meet quality and production standards.
  • Perform equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
  • Load materials into machines and replenish product as needed.
  • Perform in-process inspections and remove defective or rejected products.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and follow SOPs and cGMP/FDA requirements.
  • Maintain clean and organized production areas and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and report equipment issues to supervisors.
  • Assist with other packaging duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Equipment: In-Feed Turntable, Pill Counter, Bottle Capper, Bottle Labeler, Out-Feed Turntable, Cap Sealer, forklifts, dollies, pallet jack, pushcart, Job Costing system, sterilization and pedigree system (RFID), standard office equipment, and computers.
