The main difference lies in their working hours, with night shift agents working overnight or late hours, which may suit those seeking flexible schedules or night owl preferences. Employers in the insurance industry often employ both shifts to provide 24/7 customer support and sales coverage.

Why do most night shift insurance agents quit?

Additionally, the job's high call volume and performance targets can contribute to stress and burnout, prompting many to seek daytime roles or different careers.

Job description

Are you a Superhero or Superheroine?

We are on a mission from Dave! To find a Superhero! A superhero or superheroine. Not all heroes wear capes. Not all of them fly and not all of them dress up and fight crime in the night. Some of them are in the right place, at the right time, to do what the average person considers impossible to do.

They have the tenacity to take on challenges. They are honest, transparent and are examples of integrity for the average person. They have the power to see and understand others, and strive for unity, not division. They serve others, knowing that the results are a win/win for them and the others. They care.

They never give up! Pushing through the obstacles and barriers, they have more heart on tap that supplies more courage and taking whatever is thrown at them into an embrace that transitions it into an opportunity!

Change? HA! Thank you! Can I have some more? Can be heard in the halls of their Fortress Of Solitudes and Bat Caves! Then, at the end of the day, they become Inquisitive. Their desire to know, to be certain that they have the correct information, because this is what they need to be the most effective in assisting others to the best of their abilities.

Is this you? Are you the one we seek?? If it is, we need to discuss the opportunity below.
