Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Location: Terre Haute, IN
The Role:
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain production and operational data using Microsoft Excel and other company systems.
  • Collect information from the manufacturing floor and ensure data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Review data and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and inconsistencies; follow up on missing or incorrect information as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic and/or paper records and files.
  • Assist with tracking production activity, inventory, materials, or other operational information.
  • Communicate with manufacturing and administrative team members to obtain and verify information.
  • Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks to support daily plant operations.
  • Follow established procedures for data collection, documentation, and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Support other administrative or operational needs as assigned.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working in the manufacturing environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous data clerk experience preferred
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent data entry skills
  • High school diploma
  • Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
  • Team-oriented and able to work independently
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up practices
