ProVest LLC is seeking a Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Hamilton, Illinois and Logan, Mason, Menard, Morgan, Richland, Clay, Wabash, Lawrence, Rock Island, Henry, Mercer, Henderson, Warren, Knox, Hancock, Fulton, McDonough, Brown, Cass, Pike, Scott and Schuyler Counties.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Ideal candidates include:

  • Experienced Process Servers
  • Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals

Key Responsibilities

  • Make diligent service attempts:
    • Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
  • Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
  • Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
  • Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
    • Upload photo evidence of addresses
    • Submit detailed attempt notes
    • Record service or non-service outcomes
