Job description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized as a ‘Best Nursing Home’ by U.S. News & World Report. In this role, RNs will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our commitment to “Person-Directed Care.”

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in daily activities.
  • Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement care plans as necessary, ensuring proper supervision of resident care.
  • Coordinate assignments with care partners, holding each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
