Job description

A well-established hospital located just outside of Albany, Georgia is seeking a full-time, permanent Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team!

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Description:

  • Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
  • Mon-Fri schedule, day shift
  • Great radiology leadership and administration team!
  • Excellent benefits and competitive pay offered
  • Responsible for the administration of radioactive isotopes to patient with subsequent scanning procedures in a qualified and competent manner, handling radioactive materials receipt as well as disposal, maintaining accurate records, and high standards of safety practice as prescribed by State and Federal regulations.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
  • Radiologic Technologist and Technician Current Rad Tech license with American Registry of Radiologic Technology and/or current license or eligible for Nuclear Medicine and/or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
  • Preferable to have previous Nuclear Medicine experience
