Job Summary:

  • Maintain the security and safety of the assigned site through regular patrols
  • Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide security assistance
  • Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions
  • Monitor closed-circuit television for potential issues

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a physical presence within the facility as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
  • Provide superior customer care to enhance the facility's atmosphere
  • Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
  • Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Must have valid armed license where required
  • Strong commitment to the well-being of others
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently

Education and Experience:

  • Must stay alert at all times
