Job description

Five Rivers Analytics, LLC is hiring for a Day Shift Satellite Controller IV / Site Lead, located in Colorado Springs, CO. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Responsibilities * Lead ESOC backup spacecraft operations and COOP readiness activities
* Serve as Deputy Program Manager for ESOC operations
* Perform COMSEC Responsible Officer duties in accordance with DAFMAN 17-1302-O
* Maintain COMSEC accountability, key management, audits, and documentation
* Execute spacecraft command and control operations during contingency operations
* Support operational exercises, anomaly response, and mission recovery operations
* Coordinate with NOAA, Government personnel, and aerospace support contractors
* Maintain DMSP operational certification and backup operations readiness
* 8 Hour shift Monday to Friday
* Active COOP will require to support a 12-Hour shift, Day or Night Shift Qualifications * Must be a US Citizen
* Ability to obtain US SECRET Clearance
* Strong understanding of DoD processes, regulations, and security protocols
* Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience supporting senior program leadership in complex environments
* Familiarity with contract management principles, COR coordination, and performance reporting
* Experience supporting recruiting, staffing, and workforce management for cleared personnel
* Strong written/verbal communication skills, including high-level presentations/briefings
* Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Microsoft Project will be the main tool for tracking projects. Microsoft SharePoint is recommended for keeping all project related documents to share with team members and leadership
* Minimum 8 years of experience supporting satellite operations, COMSEC management, aerospace operations, or mission operations environments, including leadership responsibilities
* DMSP Satellite Controller Certification required
* COMSEC training/certification required
